Neptune, unlike iTunes, is not an Apple product, and is part of the planetary solar system.
On September 23, 1846, Planet Neptune was discovered with credit for the discovery jointly shared between French and British scientists. Without offending anyone, the sharing of credit was tilted more towards the French scientist for more accurate measurements (somewhat similar to many of VAL-U-PRO Founder's analysis - more accurate revolving around multiple areas). Neptune is the only planet that cannot be observed by naked eye, or in other words, without a telescope.
